Getting Started

JUMP RIGHT IN!

To start training with us, choose a time that will work with your schedule, show up, and try it.  All of our classes are open — we do require that you go through a baseline workout on your first visit  so we can determine your fitness level and from there you will either jump right in  at the next WOD (workout of the day) or we will modify it to your ability.   We don’t want any athlete to ever feel intimidated. 

We particularly encourage you to stop by and join us on Saturday or Sunday for our Team Workouts. This will give you a great taste of what CrossFit Owasso is all about (and we will be answering all your questions afterwards!)
